1. Scope of Services

This Schedule sets out the rates at which Timeless Relocation, as subcontractor, will perform local residential relocation work for the Prime Contractor. Local residential means a household move from one location to another within the same area (studio, apartment, or villa). The dealing with the end customer stays with the Prime Contractor; Timeless Relocation carries out the move on site. Services covered include packing, loading, transport, unloading, and delivery of household furniture and personal effects. Commercial moves (office to office), three bedroom homes, and villas are quoted only after a site visit. Pet relocation, vehicle shipping, livestock, and hazardous goods are not part of this Schedule.

2. Local Residential Rate Schedule

Additional charges, applied on site when the included allowance is exceeded:
Additional truck AED 400 each | Additional box AED 10 each.
For studio and 1 bedroom moves, a second truck applies only when the load exceeds 25 boxes.
Three bedroom homes, villas, and all commercial (office to office) moves are quoted only after a site visit and are not covered by the fixed rates above.

3. Measurement & Billing Basis

Fixed per property: Studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom moves are charged at the fixed rate for that property type, as listed above.
Inclusions: Each rate includes the trucks, movers, and box allowance shown, with packing of the included boxes.
Overflow: Boxes or trucks beyond the included allowance are charged at the additional rates above, agreed on site before the extra work begins.
Site visit: Three bedroom homes, villas, and all commercial moves are quoted after a site visit, not from this Schedule.
VAT: All rates exclude UAE VAT, billed separately where applicable.

4. Working Terms

Job confirmation: The Prime Contractor confirms each job in writing (email or WhatsApp) at least 24 hours before the move date, stating origin, destination, property type, estimated box count, access notes, and required date and time.
Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled start time incur 30% of the agreed job value.
Handling & care: Timeless Relocation handles all goods with professional care. Any damage claim must be raised in writing within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographs.
Quotation: A written quotation is issued by Timeless Relocation per job before work begins, referencing this Schedule.
Invoicing: Invoices are issued by Timeless Relocation against each completed job, itemised against the rates above.

Payment terms: e.g. 50% advance, balance on completion

5. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention

(a) Rate confidentiality. The Prime Contractor agrees to keep the rates in this Schedule confidential and not to share them with any competing relocation service provider.

(b) Non-circumvention by Timeless. Timeless Relocation agrees not to approach, solicit, or accept direct business from end clients introduced by the Prime Contractor for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the last shared job.

These clauses survive termination of this Schedule.

6. Validity, Revision & Termination

Validity: This Schedule remains in force until revised by Timeless Relocation.
Rate revisions: Notified in writing at least 30 days before they take effect.
Termination: Either party may terminate by giving 30 days' written notice.
Jobs in progress: Jobs confirmed before the termination date are completed at the agreed rates.
